The problem

Most fitness and nutrition apps want a subscription before they feel truly yours. I wanted something simple, free, and always available — a place to track workouts, diet, and progress without friction.

That’s why I built 7empo.net.

What 7empo is

7empo is a fitness and diet tracker focused on the basics done well:

  • Log workouts and training sessions
  • Track meals and daily intake
  • Review habits over time without clutter
  • Use the site on desktop or mobile — no install required

It’s free to use. No paywall for core features; the goal is a tool I’d actually open every day.

How it’s different from Trainer

Trainer on this site is a separate, session-style app tied to /trainer/trainer.html. 7empo is its own product on its own domain — broader tracking, a full app surface, and a roadmap driven by long-term health data rather than a single workout flow.

Think of Trainer as a specialized utility; think of 7empo as the daily dashboard.

Tech & philosophy

I optimized for:

  1. Low friction — open the site, log, leave
  2. Honest defaults — no dark patterns to upsell a “pro” tier for essentials
  3. Room to grow — features can expand without breaking the free baseline
